CBS offers a one year, full time Post Graduate Program in Services Management.

Eligibility

The Program is aimed at all young fresh graduates who are desirous of specializing in the area of Services Management as well as young executives working in various organizations, who can take one year off to qualify themselves further.

Curriculum

The program consists of 2 blocks:

Block I: 
General Management (common across all programs)

Block II: 
Special topics in Services Management: The aim of this module is to give a comprehensive understanding of theory and practice in the field of Services Management.

The various topics in Services Management will be:

Business Domains in key service industries
Customer Satisfaction Management
Customer Relationship Management
Key Account Management
Services Management
Supply – Chain Management in services Management
Services Project Management.

Job Opportunity

With special emphasis on key services sectors and with more than 1000 hrs of managerial inputs across functions, students who complete the Services Management course would be ready to take positions of responsibility in the key sectors identified above.

Fee Structure

The fee for the Program is Rs 4,30,000. The school arranges for a number of simulated management games/ activities and other events which will be of benefit / interest to the students. All students are encouraged to  participate in such events. The likely cost of such programs will be around Rs.15, 000/- .
