1. Naveen C.

Qualification: B.I.S.M. (Bachelor of Information Systems and Management)

I am a person with a positive attitude, and highly initiative at work. Ability to socialise and gel with people with ease are my major strengths. I am a responsible and self-disciplined person and highly trusted by others. I have innate leadership qualities in me. I am ambitious and do not wilt under pressure.

Key Achievements:
• Participated in School level meet organised by "Consumer    Protection Forum" and "Alkusa International Madras Club"    regarding consumer rights
• State level winner in Kabaddi
• Elected as School Pupil leader and as CR in CBS

 
       
 

2. Mrinal Rajaram

Qualification: B.A. (Economics), Loyola College (2003 - 2006)

Mrinal is a confident individual whose ability to adjust to different situations and circumstances without losing composure is beyond comparison. He is determined and keeps pushing himself to do better every single time. His fluency in English and Hindi has won him many a laurel and was also instrumental in successfully organising and conducting the Quiz competition for the Economics Department function.

He wishes to work for a reputed organisation, contributing effectively to its advancement with his skills. Being a person capable of selling an idea or concept, Marketing (Brand Management) would be his apt area to take-off his professional career.

 
       
 

3. P. Vijai Krishna

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience:
5 years and 10 months in Cemtech Consultants and ING Vysya Life Insurance, Fulford India Ltd.

A very positive person, Vijai loves challenges. As a good team player, he likes to lead and motivate a team towards growth. When assigned a job, he does it to the best of his ability and works in a meticulous way. He has used innovative business strategies to widen the client base in Cemtech by more than 100%. He was also awarded the best Sales Manager at ING Vysya Life Insurance. As a professional volunteer, he has managed various operations during the International AIDS Conference in Chennai. During his term as a sales manager at ING Vysya, he was a mentor for a team of 10 IIPM students who had come for their summer internships.

 
       
 

3. Lavanya Ramachandran

Qualification: B.E. (Hons.) Mechanical from BITS Pilani

Experience:
34 Months – Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Lavanya's biggest strengths lie in her analytical and thinking ability. She enjoys taking up new innovative projects and challenging assignments. Lavanya is a good team player and deeply committed to any activity she takes up. She believes in working hard towards achieving her best.

Key Achievements:
• Awarded the company's quarterly SPOT Award twice    (Certificate of Excellence), for Outstanding Performance and    Valuable contribution from Infosys Technologies Ltd.
• Active member of Centre for Entrepreneurial Leadership    (CEL), BITS, Pilani. Formulated the First Business Plan for 5    years for CEL, BITS, Pilani
• Completed internships at TVS Group Companies (8 months)

 
       
 

5. Irudhaya Raj

Qualification: Graduate in Statistics from Loyola College

Raj reckons the quote "Even if you are a scavenger, be the best among them" – Abraham Lincoln" as his principle in life.

He has worked with Citigroup Global Services for 2+ years as Work Force Management Analyst handling Capacity planning, Forecasting, Scheduling and MIS. He has shown brilliance in his analytical ability and innovative thinking in problem solving. He also possesses a constant zest to learn.

 
       
 

6. Deepthi

Qualification: BCA

Career Aspirations:
Product Management, Corporate Communications.

Deepthi has an eye for detail which enhances her problem-solving skills. A proven team player and an effective communicator – both written and verbal – she has the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Achievements:
• Was one of the three winners (from a group of 1,700    participants) of a national essay writing contest conducted by    Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 2006
• Was chosen as one of the delegates of People First, India's    first coaching and training company, to represent Chennai in    the Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Mumbai,    Entrepreneurship Summit in 2006

 
       
 

7. Karthik Murali H.

Qualification: B.E.Computer Science

Being an excellent team player, Karthik possesses public speaking abilities and high communication skills. He has organised two national conferences on Supply Chain Management and Computer Networks during engineering. He has also presented a paper on Artificial Intelligence in an International conference in JNU, New Delhi (Sep. '06). This proves his excellent academic record which he has maintained steadily. He is keen to take up a suitable career in Marketing.

 
       
 

8. Sowmiya Rohini

Qualification: B.Com

Sowmiya believes in hard work and dedication. She is an energetic person and this is evident in the many accolades she has received during her under graduation course. She is an organised person and a good team player, capable of getting work done efficiently. Being the sports coordinator in school and college has helped her enhance her leadership qualities. One of her accomplishment was winning the second place in strategic business plan competition at an inter-collegiate level.

 
       
 

9. Anto Sathish C.

Qualification: B.E. ECE, St Joseph Coll. Of Engg.

27 months at Infosys Technologies Ltd.

I was the Module Lead for the AT & T project and had 3 people working under me. I am very passionate about my work and I am always willing to learn. I believe in teamwork and will always strive to give my best in a team. Brand Management, Market Research and Corporate Communication are some of the areas I am interested in.

Key Achievements:
• Received a client appreciation mail from the Managing Director    of AT & T (Offshore Head) for a project in Infosys that saved    AT & T around $300 everyday
• Received the "Best Project Award" for the final year project on    Digital Image Processing
• Represented Infosys, College and School teams in various    Football competitions and was voted the "Player of the    Tournament" in the 2003 edition of TIES

 
       
 

10. Vinay Andrew D'Souza

Qualification: B.Com

Vinay truly believes that "life is not complete until one makes a mark." He is a goal driven person determined to make it big in life.

Key Accomplishments:
• Prepared a report based on Export marketing of IKEA    products at Forbes Gokak Ltd., Chennai
• He was also chosen as one of the 20 people in India for the    Goldman Sachs Global Leaders program held in the year 2006
• Elected as School Captain and was awarded Best Captain of    the year 2003 - 2004
• Runner up – Bertram Table Tennis tournament at Loyola
• Outstanding performer – Basket Ball – American International    invitational tournament
• Has prepared newsletters and journals at Loyola College
• Has done an advertising project and prepared 20 ads based    on creative thinking for current day products

 
       
 

11. B. Meera

12. Shankar Balakrishnan

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Experience:
20 months in Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Strengths:
Shankar's ability to learn quickly and adapt to any situation are his prominent strengths. This was appreciated in his 8th semester project at Mico Bosch, Bangalore. It involved a clear understanding of the Bosch Production system and their Supply Chain methodology in a short span of time. This facilitated the successful implementation of the project in the organization. His adaptability to the IT industry was also well appreciated having no prior exposure to the field. Excellent appraisals and accolades from the client further substantiate it. He is looking to embark on a challenging career in Supply Chain management / Brand management or a suitable marketing profile preferably in Automobile / Mechanical industry. He has also successfully completed A1 Level in Deutsche.
