CBS offers a one year, full time Post Graduate Programme in BPO Operations Management

Eligibility

The program is aimed at all young graduates who are desirous of specializing in the area of BPO Operations Management, as well as young executives working in various organizations who wish to qualify themselves with an additional certification in Management.

Curriculum

The special course in Operations Management includes the following topics:
  • Industry over view
  • Information technology fundamentals (H/W, S/W ,O/S, DB, N/work etc)
  • Desktops / Client user systems, basics of scripting
  • Business soft skills
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Financial Management in BPO
  • Introduction to Business Process(Financial Accounting, HR, Supply Chain,
          Customer interfacing process in Telecom, BFSI , Insurance etc.)
  • Application of quantitative analysis tools in Call Centers/BPO
  • People Management
  • Customer Service Delivery channel Management
  • Operations Management

    Job Opportunities

    While skilled applicants are available for frontline jobs, there's a huge unmet demand for managers. The only way to get a headstart in the BPO business is to acquire industry-specific skills in addition to a graduate degree. With Knowledge Process Outsourcing being the next big thing, Operations Management will soon be on an even higher platform.

    Fee Structure

    The fee for the Program is Rs 5,50,000 (inclusive of service tax). This includes the cost of simulated management games/ activities and other events which will be of benefit / interest to the students. All students are encouraged to participate in such events.

    The students will undergo a one month internship in the month of March.
