CBS offers a one year, full time Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Management.

Eligibility

The Program is aimed at all young graduates who are desirous of specializing in the area of Human Resources, as well as young executives working in various organizations who wish to qualify themselves with an additional certification in Human Resources Management.

Curriculum

The specialised PG Program in HR will give a comprehensive understanding of theory and practice in the field of Human Resources Management. On successful completion, the students will be ready to take on positions of responsibility in any of the areas of HRM.

Job Opportunities

There is a dearth of qualified HR Managers in every area of HRM - planning, recruitment, training, performance and compensation management and employee relationship management. The coming decade is truly the decade of the HR Manager.

Fee Structure

The fee for the Program is Rs 5,50,000 (inclusive of service tax). This includes the cost of simulated management games/ activities and other events which will be of benefit / interest to the students. All students are encouraged to participate in such events.

The students will undergo a one month internship in the month of March.
