Executive PGPM

Objective
The objective of this course is to expose candidates to various management concepts and tools for decision-making that would help them in executing their roles more effectively and with an overall understanding of business.

Eligibility
This program is aimed at Graduates or Post-graduates with a minimum work experience of 1 year.  He/she should be necessarily employed when joining the Program.

Thesis
On completing the contact hours, candidates will have to do a 3-month thesis on a specialization of their choice. The thesis work will be carried out under the guidance of a senior person identified by us in any of the followowing options:-

Strategy, Human Resources Management, Marketing Communication, Financial Management, Entrepreneurial Development, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Business Data analysis.

Duration
500 hours of contact classes delivered on weekends over a period of 12 months + thesis

Certification
In order to be eligible for certification, candidates should obtain satisfactory grades in all the examinations and also execute the thesis within the time frame of 3 months.  The thesis has to be an original work that adds value to the organization the candidate is working in.

Placement Assistance
There is no placement assistance offered for this Program.  However, if we receive a request from one of our regular companies that come for placement, we may refer them to the E-PGPM candidates.

Fee Structure
Rs. 2,50,000 including the cost of course material.

Selection procedure
Candidates will have to buy the application form by paying an amount of Rs. 500.  Based on the review of completed application forms, candidates will called for a personal interview.  The selection will be based on the interview, during which process candidates will be assessed on their communication skills, commitment to pursuing education and clarity of thought.
